His ability to understand the business environment coupled with his sound financial, accounting & taxation background has enabled him to specialize in Mergers & Acquisitions and various audits of PSU’s and private sector companies. He has a rich experience in various types of audit which includes Statutory Audit, Tax Audit, Internal Audit, Bank Audits, Co-operative societies, PSU, Government and Autonomous bodies. His working area covers Indirect & Direct Taxes Both. He also appears/pleaded before various authorities & Appellate Authorities in handling scrutiny and refund cases for client.

Mr. Subhash has completed his Masters in Economics & MBA and comes with experience of approx. 3 decades in the area of banking, financial institutions, International trading, Marketing, Renewable energy and Solar industry. He is Co-founder and Director, International operations of Oberon Group (Oberon IT, Oberon Power LLC., USA). He is one of the pioneers to introduce CNG conversion/retro fitment of old Diesel Vehicles to use CNG as clean fuel first time in India. He has established a track record performance to optimize personnel skills in innovations and always in new and proven technology to overcome market challenges and to achieve his goals in the business in different sectors.

Mrs. Tripathi is a qualified Fellow Chartered Accountant and served the profession for more than 12 years and has versatile experience in advisory, planning, compliance, audit services and assignments related to raising finance, re-structuring, valuation etc. She has carried out several assignments for Due Diligence and Amalgamation of companies. He has acumen for process and controls and specializes in Internal Audit.
Meenu Sharma

Mrs. Sharma is a Practicing Advocate at Delhi High Court and various District Courts, DRT, Consumer Forum, Commission and various other Tribunal in Delhi and has been in this profession from last 12 Years. She is looking after the matters of civil, criminal, Writs, Appeals, Banking, Insurance as well as consumer matters before the Hon’ble respective courts diligently. She takes a multi-disciplinary approach in practice of law and have been able to recognize the legal issues with the expertise. She also adds value at each stage – from planning to implementation and review.
